We only supply the very best latex balloons from Qualatex. Our Helium filled party balloons, clusters and bouquets are available for LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY in the Basingstoke & Deane area. Print and colours are evenly distributed in your balloon cluster. Colour positions are based on your colour choice starting with balloon colour 1 at the top. If a print is selected, we will confirm your balloon print position before delivery. Floating Time Helium filled balloons have a floating time of approximately 12-18 hours as the tiny helium particles will gradually escape through the latex wall of the balloon. Floating time can be extended upto 4 times on average, using High-float. Please select the option to treat the balloons if extended floating time is required. Ordering Please place your order at least 2 days in advance to make sure we can schedule your delivery at a convenient time.
