Why should I use a Certified Balloon Artist? Certified Balloons Artists (CBA) have been trained by the industry leaders and are committed to maintaining high standards in both their work and the products they use. All CBAs adhere to a strict code of conduct, insist on perfection and have access to exclusive balloon decoration resources. This means that whatever the nature of your event, you can be assured that quality, design, safety and environmental considerations are given the highest priority.
Do you offer standard balloon packages? You and your requirements for your event are individual. There are many variables to consider when it comes to balloon décor, including the nature of the event, the scale and design of the venue, the chosen theme and, of course, budget. We prefer to customize our offering to your requirements, rather than providing the same standard design for all occasions. In most cases, a customized balloon decoration package created especially for you will cost you less than you think.
Can we meet with your Certified Balloon Artist to discuss our requirements? Most certainly. Please feel free to drop into our Showroom/Store during our open hours to discuss your requirements. Alternatively, we would be pleased to meet you at your venue or another convenient location to discuss options and share ideas suitable for your venue and event. How far in advance do we need to book balloon decor or venue styling services? The sooner the better. Especially if your event is during a busy season, such as the summer for weddings and December for Christmas parties. Even if you don't know exactly what you want, reserving a date in our diary ensures that we will be available for your event. However, if you do need balloons, chair covers, centerpieces or any of our other services in a hurry or at short notice, please do not hesitate to Contact Us and we'll do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Will you be able to arrange everything direct with my venue coordinator? Yes of course. We understand that you will be preoccupied leading up to your event, therefore once we have agreed your décor requirements, we can liaise directly with the venue coordinator to arrange appropriate access to the venue and any other requirements that we may have.
Can you arrange a balloon release? We do not offer balloon releases. We can, however, guide you towards a reputable company who adheres to both the NABAS code of conduct and complies with the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) guidelines for balloon releases.
What type of balloons do you use? We only use the very best quality latex balloons, mylar foil balloons and bubble balloons made by Qualatex. Balloons are available in a huge range of sizes, colours, shapes, finishes and designs.
How long do helium filled balloons float for? Helium filled latex balloons have a floating time of approximately 12-18 hours. Since helium particles are much smaller than air particles, the helium gas escapes through the latex material much quicker than air. However, floating time can be extended upto 4 times, on average, by treating the balloons with a special compound called Ultra Hi Float.
Do you keep Chair Covers, Sashes and Glassware in stock? Yes. All our chair covers, sashes, glassware and other venue styling products are owned by Frenzy and are available to view at our Showroom/Store in Viables, Basingstoke.
Are Chair Covers washed between rentals? Absolutely. We launder, inspect and press all chair covers after each rental to ensure that each cover is in perfect condition prior to use.
Do you hire Chair Covers and Sashes without a fitting service? We want to ensure that every Frenzy chair cover and sash is fitted to the highest possible standard. Therefore, we insist on personally fitting every chair cover and sash to ensure it meets our exacting standards and that you are fully satisfied with the finished result.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance? Yes. We have Public/Product Liability Insurance and can provide a copy of our insurance cover certificate on request.
