We're Frenzy Balloons. Balloon and Venue Dressing Specialists serving the Basingstoke, North Hampshire, Southern Berkshire and Western Surrey Area.

We've been creating exquisite balloon decorations and arrangements for venues such as luxury hotels, private yachts and residences in the Middle East for several years and are pleased to now offer our services across North Hampshire and Berkshire/Surrey bordering areas.

Frenzy is owned and run by a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA). The CBA program is the most respected and comprehensive certification program in the balloon industry and recognizes dedicated individuals who have acheived the highest levels of skill and demonstrated their ability in balloon gifts, bouquets and decorating.

Frenzy are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers, combined with great value and meticulous attention to detail. We are members of the Balloon and Party Industry Alliance (BAPIA) and the Qualatex Balloon Network (QBN), so you can be assured of a professional service. We also have full Public and Product Liability Insurance.

While we offer a full range of standard Balloon Decoration options, our specialization is in the creation of bespoke Balloon Décor uniquely designed for your specific event, theme and budget. Together with our range of premium quality Chair Covers and Sashes, Table Centrepieces, Table Décor, Favours and more, we offer a comprehensive venue styling service to our clients.

Our Showroom & Balloon Store is now open at Viables Craft Centre in Basingstoke, so please feel free to drop in and pick up a unique balloon gift or to discuss your event styling requirements.
